Daniel J. McDevitt, Esq.

Daniel J. McDevitt, a Dorchester native, graduated from Boston College High School in 1966 and from Boston College in 1970 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. McDevitt studied at the Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, and was granted his J.D. in 1974. In that same year he was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and began practicing law.

In 1978 Mr. McDevitt was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. McDevitt has maintained his practice in Dorchester since 1974, and represents clients in matters of Real Estate, Probate, and Housing.

Mr. McDevitt is the former Vice President of the Carney Hospital Foundation Board. He is a founding member of the B.C. High Alumni Golf Tournament, and remains an active member of numerous charitable foundations in Dorchester, South Boston and Quincy.

Mr. McDevitt resides in Quincy, and enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with his five children and young grandchildren.
